🦠 COVID-19 postcard campaigns

There is minimal risk of transmitting the novel coronavirus by postal mail.

In these difficult times of social distancing to combat COVID-19, it’s important for our mental health to stay connected to each other. One way to do that is by sending cards and letters to people we love. An Post has sent 5 million free postcards to help us “come together by staying apart.”

Cultivating a practice of gratitude can help reduce stress and improve our physical and emotional health. Writing and sending thank you notes is one way to practice gratitude while improving the lives of others.
